General Shipping Information
TCT Graphic Products (TCT) has 3 warehouses across Canada (in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario). Unless otherwise notified (either in writing or by telephone call), or indicated on our website, the products you order will ship from your closest TCT warehouse.
Either Canpar or Purolator will be used for shipping across Canada (TCT does not currently ship products outside of Canada). It is the sole discretion of TCT which courier will be used for your shipment.
TCT will do their utmost to dispatch all orders placed before 4:00pm on the same day.
Unless "Expedited Service" has been requested separately in writing, all orders will ship by our courier's "Ground Service" (extra charges for expedited service will apply). Ground Service shipments will almost always result in end-of-next-day deliveries for the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec. For the remaining provinces & territories of Canada Ground Service shipments will usually take 2 or more days. TCT never guarantees the delivery time of any package that has shipped (including packages shipped with Expedited Service).
Tracking information for orders will be emailed once the shipping labels have been printed at the end of the working day for each of our 3 warehouses. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact your closest TCT warehouse to request it.
At TCT we pride ourselves on our ability to always have plenty of stock of everything we list. Having said that, on extremely rare occasions, TCT may be out of stock of the product being ordered. If this should happen, TCT will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible via telephone and/or email that there is a stock-out situation and that the product will not be available for delivery. If your credit card has already been charged, it will be refunded in full for the product that is not in stock.
Pick ups
You are able to request to pick up your order at your closest TCT warehouse and not pay any shipping charges.
Orders marked for pick up are usually ready for pickup within 1 hour of the order being placed but this is not a guarantee. If picking up, we strongly encourage you to call in advance of setting off for TCT to ensure your order is ready for pick up.
On extremely rare occasions, TCT may be out of stock of the product being ordered. If this should happen, TCT will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible via telephone and/or email that there is a stock out situation and that the product will not be available for pick up. If your credit card has already been charged, it will be refunded in full for the product that is not in stock.
Orders can only be picked up during TCT's operating hours (9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday)
Return Policy
All returns must be requested within 30 days following the invoice date. All returns must be authorized by a TCT employee. Unless otherwise agreed upon, returns will be arranged by TCT via the courier of their choosing.
If the product is damaged en-route to you by TCT's courier, then the damage must be reported within 12 hours of the shipment being received. Products damaged during delivery that are not reported within 12 hours of receipt will not be refunded. Photographs of the damaged shipment, and/or samples of the material may be required by TCT before a refund can be issued, or replacement material sent.
If a product is proven to be defective then a full refund will be issued (please note that, on occasion, the product might not be determined to be defective until it has been evaluated by TCT or the product's manufacturer).
Refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Memo with TCT (refunds to credit cards can be arranged by special request).
If the returned product is not proven to be defective then a 20% restock fee will be applied to all products that are returned in sellable condition.
Products that are not proven to be defective, and are returned in non-sellable condition will not be refunded (and you will be given the option to retrieve the non-sellable product at your own expense).
If the product is not defective, not damaged by our courier, and a non-refundable product, then TCT will not arrange for the material to be returned and no refund will be issued. Non-refundable products are:
- All 1-Shot Paint products
- All Rapid Tac products (Rapid Tac, Tac II, Remover, and Prep)
- Bullet Pro Pens
- All Duracoat Cartridges & Refills
- All Vinyl Stripes
- Any Clearance or "Hot Deal" Products
- Any vinyl, tape, or paper product that was custom cut to a non-standard size at your request (a non-standard size is one that is not listed on our website for the product being ordered)
Shipping Charges
TCT will charge the full courier rate on all orders under $50.00 (before taxes & delivery). The rate will be calculated at checkout if ordering through our website.
Orders over $50.00 (before taxes & delivery) will be charged a $7.25 flat delivery fee (unless notified in writing of an exception).
Reasons for an exception to TCT's flat rate delivery charge include (but are not limited to)
- Excessive size/weight of the package
- Excessive distance from your closest TCT warehouse
- Extremely rural destinations
